ALPL was incorporated in 2004 with a purpose for providing quality diagnostic services to the underserved vast population of Rajasthan, especially Jaipur. Further, it also aimed to promote preventive healthcare in the region as prevention is always better than cure. Today ALPL has its own name and having turnover of >7Cr PA.
Currently, ALPL has more than 10 collection centres serving entire Jaipur city and nearby areas. It has in-house diagnostic setup as well as pathology laboratory wherein it is able to conduct testing for majority of blood tests and only few very advanced tests are being out sourced.
ALPL since its inception is committed to highest quality levels and follows different quality assurance programs like EQAS, AIIMS QA, CMC Vellore QA, and our own internal quality assurance programs.
One of the objectives of ALPL is to create awareness about preventive healthcare. According to one of the research conducted few years back, it was established that Indians spent least amount on preventive healthcare. ALPL has been conducting various health check-up camps in and around Jaipur to promote preventive healthcare and make people aware about preventive health care. ALPL has conducted many health camps in and around Jaipur region out of which few camps are conducted in rural places where people do not have access to proper and quality medical facilities. They are dependent on Jaipur for providing quality medical services.
Mr Amit Bhargava has a total work experience of more than 27 years in Health and Wellness Industry. While, Mr AMit Bhargava personally looks in various segments of ALPL (like finance, marketing, expansion/tie ups etc), the one area close to his heart was improving technical skills and life skills of the persons associated with ALPL. More than 500 such classes have been organized till date with max 10 persons strength per session. While, currently these trainings and refresher courses are restricted to ALPL team members only, Mr AMit Bhargava now plans to provide these courses as well training to outside ALPL team members for upliftment and improvement in their life style.
Mrs Manju Bhargava is a Naturopathist and Nutritionist, besides Director at ALPL. She manages fitness centre which provides training/fitness courses/program of Yoga, Floor Exercises, Work outs, Cardio exercises, slimming & weight loss therapies and dietary advice. Mrs Manju Bhargava also gives Acupressure and Reiki therapies at the Fitness center situated in Malviya Nagar under its brand name and style of “FAT2FIT”.
